Set up data source
To set up the Zendesk Talk integration with Board, simply follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click on Create integration in the top right corner > Then select Zendesk Talk
3. Optionally, name the data source, e.g., if you have multiple data sources of the same type
4. Fill in the fields with domain, email, and API key
Be aware that only your domain should be entered in the domain field. For example: https://example.zendesk.com
.
We recommend creating a new API key for the integration between Zendesk Talk and IntraManager Board. The API key can be created under your Zendesk account by going to Settings > Channels > API.
5. Optionally, click Check credentials to validate the information. If all the details are validated, they will be highlighted in green.
6. Finish by clicking Save
