To set up the integration with Zendesk Chat, we use OAuth 2.0. This ensures a 100% correct integration based on the rights of your Zendesk user



Set up data source


To set up the Zendesk Chat integration with Board, simply follow these steps:


1. Go to Settings > Integrations

2. Click on Add integration > Select Zendesk Chat

3. Optionally, name the data source, e.g., if you have multiple data sources of the same type

4. Fill in the fields with subdomain, client-ID, and Secret client data


Be aware that only your subdomain should be entered in the subdomain field. For example: https://example.zendesk.com.


We recommend creating a new API client for the integration between Zendesk Chat and IntraManager Board. The API client can be set up under Settings > Account > API and SDKs in Zendesk.

5. Click Start integration

6. Finish by clicking Save
