If you experience that the integration is deactivated, you will need to activate it again.
To activate the integration, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Integrations
- Select Edit on the integration that needs to be activated
- Set the integration to Active
- In the last step you can make a check of credentials. If everything is green the integration will showcase data again
If the credentials come back with red then the integration will not showcase data. Contact support@intramanager.com or call 78 797 797 then we will be ready to help you.
