Your integration has been deactivated

If you experience that the integration is deactivated, you will need to activate it again.


If your integration provider has made updates, this may deactivate the integration in Board. We often see this happen at night when updates are rolled out. If this occurs, you simply need to reactivate the integration to re-establish the connection.


 


To activate the integration, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Integrations
  3. Select Edit on the integration that needs to be activated
  4. Set the integration to Active
  5. In the last step you can make a check of credentials. If everything is green the integration will showcase data again 


If the credentials come back with red then the integration will not showcase data. Contact support@intramanager.com or call 78 797 797 then we will be ready to help you.
