Set up data source


To set up the Zendesk Support integration with Board, simply follow these steps:


1. Go to Settings > Integrations

2. Click on Add integration > Select Zendesk Support

3. Optionally, name the data source, e.g., if you have multiple data sources of the same type

4. Enter the subdomain for your Zendesk Support


Be aware that only your subdomain should be entered in the subdomain field. For example: https//example.zendesk.com.


5. Click Start integration

6. Finish by clicking Save
