In this guide, we explain how to set up an integration between Work and Enreach. The guide also provides assistance on how to contact Enreach support.

Create integration
To create an integration with Enreach, follow these steps:
1. Create an API in Enreach (see the email template for assistance with Enreach support).
We recommend creating a separate API user in Enreach for security reasons, allowing you to track who has an active API user.
2. In Work, click on the menu item "Various."
3. Click on "Systemsettings."
4. Click on the "Integrations" tab.
5. Click the green + icon next to integrations.
6. Select Enreach.
7. Fill in the Address, API Username, and API Password.
For the address, enter the full address of your Enreach Outbound web service. For example, if you log in via "https://hero01.herobase.com", the address will be "https://wshero01.herobase.com/api."
Please note that the full address must include both "ws" and "api" for a connection to be established.
8. Choose whether you want automatic employee creation.
Employee creation means that when you create a user in Work, they will also be automatically created in Enreach.
If your employees are linked to the integration, their user in Enreach will be deactivated if their user in Work is deactivated.

Subject: API User Permission Request
Hi Support,
The API user "XXXXXX" needs access to the web service and the following permissions:
- SimpleLeads (GET)
- Calls (GET)
- Campaigns (GET)
- LeadDefinitions (GET)
- Organization (GET, POST, PUT)
Additionally, they should be able to view lead data.
