Data Anonymization

In Work, we can anonymize data by setting up specific rules. This process will take place X days after an employee has been deactivated in the system.


We can anonymize the following data:

User Information:

  • Deletion of Email, Mobile Number, Profile Picture, and Password.
  • These are not the details stored in the personal data but the ones entered in the user's profile during creation/editing.

Full Name:

  • Anonymization of the user’s name so that, for example, Johannes Jens Jensen becomes J* J** J***.
  • All letters, except for the first initial in each name segment, will be replaced with two asterisks.

Master Data:

  • Complete deletion of the user’s personal data under their profile.

User Notes:

  • Complete deletion of the user’s personal notes.

User Files:

  • Complete deletion of the user’s files.
  • This applies to both files uploaded to the user’s profile by, for example, a team leader, as well as files the user has personally uploaded under their profile picture.

Requesting Data Anonymization

If you wish to enable data anonymization, please send an email to support@intramanager.com with the following details:

  • The rules you would like to have implemented.
  • The number of days that should pass from the deactivation of an employee before the anonymization process begins.
