IntraManager Work

To set up the IntraManager Work integration with Board, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Integrations

3. Click Add Integration > Select IntraManager Work

4. Optionally, name the data source if you have multiple data sources of the same type

5. Fill in the fields with the domain and API key

In the domain field, you should only write your domain "example", e.g., https://example.intramanager.com. 

You can create an API key in IntraManager Work by following these steps: 
1. Go to Various 
2. Click System Settings
3. Go to the Integrations tab
4. Click + under API Keys to create an API key
5. Name the key
6. Click Save
7. Copy the API key
8. Finish by clicking Confirm
 

Make sure to copy and save the API key in a secure location, as you will not be able to view it again.

6. Optionally, click Check Credentials to validate the details. If all information is validated, it will be highlighted in green.

7. Finish by clicking Save.

Since the integration with Work can provide access to sensitive data such as costs, revenue, and salaries, it’s possible to set up boundaries to control access. The data visible in Board depends on the permissions of the API key creator in Work. Learn more about setting up the API key here.
