My shifts

"My Shifts" is your page where you can view and manage your shifts. You’ll get an overview of how many shifts/hours you have in the current month, as well as an overview of available shifts/hours for the current month.

Sign Up for an Available Shift 

To Sign Up for an Available Shift, Follow These Steps: 


  1. Click the three lines in the bottom left corner.
  2. Navigate to the "Shifts" menu.
  3. Select "My Shifts."
  4. Click on "Register shift" on the day you wish to sign up for an available shift.
  5. Choose which shift you wish to sign up to.
  6. Choose your access.
  7. Use the slider for "Register shift" to sign up for the available shift.


Your organization's setup determines how and when you can sign up for shifts. If there are specific conditions, you will be notified if you do not meet the requirement.


Registering for a Shift with the Option to Adjust the Time 

If your organization has enabled this feature, you can adjust the shift's time before registering. 


There may be a minimum shift length, which means you must sign up for at least that number of hours.


To register for a shift with "Adjust Time," follow these steps: 

  1. Click the three lines in the bottom left corner.
  2. Navigate to the "Shifts" menu.
  3. Select "My Shifts."
  4. Click on "Register shift" on the day you wish to sign up for an available shift.
  5. Choose which shift you wish to sign up to.
  6. Choose your access.
  7. Shift time with the "Move shift time" slider.
  8. Use the slider for "Register shift" to sign up for the available shift.


Your organization's setup determines whether this step requires approval.


Unregister from a Shift 


To unregister from a shift, follow these steps: 

  1. Click the three lines in the bottom left corner.
  2. Navigate to the "Shifts" menu.
  3. Select "My Shifts."
  4. Click on the shift you wish to cancel.
  5. Click Cancel shift.
  6. Use the slider to confirm.


Your organization's setup will dictate whether you can unregister from a shift and if approval is needed.


Add shift to the shift exchange

To post a shift on the shift exchange, follow these steps: 

  1. Click the three lines in the bottom left corner.
  2. Navigate to the "Shifts" menu.
  3. Select "My Shifts."
  4. Click on the shift you wish to add to shift exchange.
  5. Optionally, add a comment. 
  6. Use the slider to add the shift to shift exchange.


Take a Shift from the Shift Exchange 

To take a shift from the shift exchange, follow these steps: 

  1. Click the three lines in the bottom left corner.
  2. Navigate to the "Shifts" menu.
  3. Select "Shift Exchange".
  4. Click on the shift you wish to take and information about the shift will be shown.
  5. Click "Register shift"
  6. Choose which access you wish to register the shift as.
  7. Confirm by using the slider.


Your own shifts on the shift exchange will be shown with your name. If you click on your own shift you will be able to edit comment or remove the shift from shift exchange.



Depending on your organization's setup, the shift will either be assigned to you immediately or will require approval by a manager.
If you do not meet the necessary conditions set by the organization, you will be notified that you cannot take/exchange the shift.


Shift Information 

To view more details about a shift, follow these steps: 

  1. Click the three lines in the bottom left corner.
  2. Navigate to the "Shifts" menu.
  3. Select "My Shifts."
  4. Click on the shift you wish to see more details on.
  5. Select "Information about shift"


View Employees on the Same Shift 

If you want to see who is working on the same day as you and their working hours, follow these steps: 

  1. Click the three lines in the bottom left corner.
  2. Navigate to the "Shifts" menu.
  3. Select "My Shifts."
  4. Click on the shift you wish to see more details on.
  5. Select "Employees on shift"


This feature is only available if your organization's setup allows it.
