Clocking in/out

By clocking in and out of IntraManager Work, reports are generated, which help calculate your working hours.

If the system is set up to only allow clocking in from a specific IP address and you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, you can only clock in via a browser at the location.


Clocking in

Follow these steps for clocking in:


1. Tap on the Clock in and out icon.

2. Tap "Clock in" on the project.

3. Confirm by using the slider.


Clocking out

When you need to clock out, follow these steps: 

1. Tap on the Clock in and out icon. 

2. Tap "Clock out" on the project. 

3. Confirm by using the slider. 

Allocate hours

If the project you are clocked in on requires you to allocate your working and/or Dialer time manually, you need to do this before clocking out. 


Here is how: 

1. Tap on the Clock in and out icon. 

2. Tap the box "Salary time" or "Dialer time"

3. Enter the hours and minutes for working and/or dialer hours. 

4. Tap "Update salary / Dialer hours"

5. Tap "Clock Out." 


It is important that you allocate your hours before clocking out, as you cannot make changes afterward.


Enter Sales

When you make a sale, you can enter it either during the shift or before clocking out. 


Here is how:

1. Tap on the Clock in and out icon. 

2. Tap on "Products".

3. Tap on "Administer products".

4. Register your sales.

5. Tap the arrow in the left corner.

6. Close the taps if you are still clocked in og tap clock out if you are finished with the day.
