In Board, there are four types of roles. Roles determine the level of access and permissions a user has in the system.
Roles can be managed under Settings > Users, where it's possible to customize roles.

Integration access must be granted before a Manager can create boards or games. You can set filters to limit Manager access to specific data for creating boards or games.
An Administrator can create Manager access for a Manager:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Integrations
- Choose the integration where access should be given
- Click on Managers
- Click on Create access, to create access for a specific Manager
- You can set up filters so your Manager only has access to selected data
Manager access must also be granted for them to add
integration users to individual users.
Managers also have access to certain Settings menus under the Management section. They can manage Users, Teams, Public Links, Images, and Budgets that they have created.
