Great for quick sharing, documentation, or giving limited insight without full access.

Each screenshot captures exactly how the data looked at a given time.


Automations are available for Managers and Administrators

From the overview you can create, edit and delete your automations. 


You can see your created automations, whether they are active, when they last ran, and when they are scheduled to run again. 


Create automation

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Automations
  3. Click on Create automation
  4. Select Snapshot
  5. Give the automation a title
  6. Choose
    1. Start date and a stop date (optional)
    2. Time of day, the time the system should take the snapshot and send it
    3. Interval
    4. Frequency
  7. Select the board or game the automation should be based on
  8. Select recipients, send it directly to emails or choose to send it to roles, teams or users created in Board. 
  9. Click Next, to see the selected recipients
  10. Click on Save 


If you set the interval to 3 and the frequency to daily, the automation will run once every 3 days





Edit automation

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Automations
  3. Find the automation, you want to edit
  4. Click on Edit automation
  5. Make your changes and save


Delete automation

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Automations
  3. Find the automation, you want to delete
  4. Click on Delete automation
