Here you can find information about your organization. You can find the Organization section under Settings.
You must have the Administrator role to access the organization settings.
Details
- View how many people are associated with the organization, categorized by their roles

- Make changes to the organization’s name
- Change the owner of the organization: if, for example, the current owner is no longer part of the organization, an Administrator can select a new owner from the drop-down menu
- Set the language and timezone. When setting the timezone here, widgets with the clock will show time based on the timezone
Security
- Activate Single Sign On (SSO), to ensure that your users login with SSO instead of logging in with email and password.
- You can create more than one of the same type of login with SSO. Just select Manually to create
SSO can be set up with Microsoft and Salesforce
If users try to log in with email and password, when SSO has been activated a pop-up will appear with the information 'This organization requires login via Single Sign On'.
As the organization owner, you have access to view everything created in the organization. Additionally, you can export data to Excel, such as user data and public links.
Add a Picture to the Organization
If you want to add a picture to your organization, you can do so easily.
- Simply hover your mouse over the circle with your organization's initials
- Click on Edit
- Find the image you want to upload and
- Click Save
