Create a game

Boost motivation among your employees with the various games available in Board. 

1. Navigate to the menu item Game
   
2. Click on Create a game

To create games, you must be a Manager or Administrator.

Gamification Types

Choose from the different game types in the overview, including Team, Collective Target, Race or Leaderboard. 

In Team, you can set up games that are based on teams vs. teams.

In Collective target, you can track on the collective performance.

In Race, the users can continuously monitor their performance relative to others and see how close they are to the goal. You can base these games on a collective or individual goal. 

In Leaderboard, employees are ranked based on their performance. It is possible to base the game on a collective or individual goal. 

Games come with built-in sound. If you prefer to disable the sound, you can mute it by clicking the tab in your browser.
