Race

In Race, the users can continuously monitor their performance relative to others and see how close they are to the goal. You can base these games on a collective or individual goal. 

1. Choose from various types of race games to find the theme you like best

2. Name the game

3. If you want to add your game to a category, choose the category from the drop down. You can also manage categories by clicking 'Manage Categories' and add more if needed

4. Select one of the goal types—count up, count down, or individual. If you select count down, specify the countdown number

5. Set a goal for the game

Preview the game in the bottom-right corner.

6. Choose the data source

7. If you want to customize filters, it is possible under 'Manage Filters'. If you want to filter by teams or users in Board, this is also possible

8. Next, choose the KPI for the game

9. Name the KPI

10. Select the game period

11. Set conditions for the users, if certain conditions should be met 

Your game is now ready to be shared among the users and added to slideshows.

Avatar

When your users are set up as users in Board, they can create their own avatar via their user profile, where they can also select various features that are included in the different games.

Encourage your employees to personalize their avatars, as these appear in the games and make it more motivational for them to keep track of their progress.
