Leaderboard

Set up Leaderboards to motivate your employees, where they will be ranked based on their performance. It is possible to base the game on a collective or individual goal.  

1. Go to Games
2. Click Create a game
3. Select one of the games
4. Name the game 
5. Add the game to a category by selecting a category from the dropdown menu
   1. To create or manage categories, click Manage Categories and add new categories if needed.
6. Select one of the goal types: count up, count down, or individual. If you select count down, specify the countdown number
7. Set a goal for the game
   
8. Select the data source
9. Customize filters for the datasource under Manage Filters. You can also filter by teams or users from Board.
   
10. Select the KPI for the game
    
11. Enter a name for the KPI
12. Select the game period
13. Set conditions for the users, if certain conditions should be met 

Your game is now ready to be shared among the users and added to slideshows.

Preview the game in the bottom-right corner.

Avatar

When your users are set up in Board, they can create their own avatar through their user profile. If they have created an avatar or added an image to their profile, it will be displayed on the leaderboards.

Encourage your employees to create an avatar and/or add a profile image, as these will appear in the games and make it more engaging and motivating for them to follow their progress.
