In Team, you can set up games that are based on teams vs. teams.
1. Choose from the various team based games
2. Name the game
3. If you want to add your game to a category, choose the category from the drop down. You can also manage categories by clicking 'Manage Categories' and add more if needed
4. Select count up or count down as the goal types. If you select count down, specify the starting number
5. Set a goal for the game, the goal you set here is the goal for each team to reach. For example, if the goal is set at 100, the team that reaches 100 first will be the winner.
Preview the game in the bottom-right corner.
6. Choose the data source
7. If you want to customize filters, it is possible under 'Manage Filters'. If you want to filter by teams or users in Board, this is also possible
8. Next, choose the KPI for the game
9. Name the KPI
10. Select the game period
11. Set conditions for the users, if certain conditions should be met
12. Name the team
13. Add your teams, by choosing between an existing team or add the team based on the individual users in Board
In Towers, you can display the performance of 1-4 teams, this game can be used as an enhanced version of the Collective target games, as you can set 1 team and count up or down to a target. The other team games, are based on 2 teams, competing against each other.
The avatars of the top 5 performers of each team, will move around the teams area. The avatar of the most recent contributor, will be highlighted for their perforamce. For instance, the avatar will climb the tower and add bricks to the tower, when contributing to the performance.
The colors of the teams are per default set to red and blue, un the games with 2 teams. In the game with up to 4 teams, the colors are red, blue, yellow and green.
Your game is now ready to be shared among the users and added to slideshows.
