What is a Shift Activity? 

A shift activity is an indication of a task assigned during a specific time period within a shift. This helps visualize what your employees are doing throughout the day. In the weekly overview, a shift activity is represented by a dot on the shift. 

How to Create a Shift Activity 

To create a shift activity, follow these steps: 

1. Click on the "Various" menu.
2. Select "Systemsettings."
3. Go to the "Shifts" tab.
4. Click the green plus sign next to Shift Activities.
5. Enter a title, choose a color, and click Save.

It is not necessary to specify a department.
