IntraManager Board integrates with Zoho CRM.

Set Up Data Source

To set up Zoho CRM as a data source in IntraManager Board, you need to be an Administrator, allowing you to add data sources. 

Setting up the data source is simple: 

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
2. Click on Add Integration and select Zoho CRM
3. An alternative title can be displayed if you need to differentiate between multiple data sources of the same type
4. Click Next 
5. Select the primary datacenter your Zoho CRM account uses from the dropdown list
6. Click Start Integration and click Next
7. Optionally, click Check Credentials to validate the details. If everything is validated, it will be highlighted in green. 
8. Finish by clicking Save

To set up the integration with Zoho CRM, we use OAuth 2.0. This ensures a 100% correct integration based on the rights of your Zoho user. If you are not already logged into Zoho CRM, you will first be asked to log in.
