Set up data source


To set up the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales integration with Board, simply follow these steps:


1. Go to Settings > Integrations

2. Click on Add integration > Select Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales

3. Optionally, name the data source, e.g., if you have multiple data sources of the same type

4. Enter the domain for your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales account 


Be aware that only your domain should be entered in the domain field. For example with the following URL: https://example.crm4.dynamics.com, it would be example.crm4.


To set up the integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, we use OAuth 2.0. This ensures a 100% correct integration based on the rights of your Sales user


5. Click Start integration

6. Then click Check Credentials to verify the details 

7. Finish by clicking Save
