Set up data source


To set up the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center with Board, follow these steps:


  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Add integration
  3. Select Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center
  4. Enter the domain of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center account. 
    1. Enter "example.crm" if the account is at "https://example.crm4.dynamics.com"
  5. To set up the integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, we use OAuth 2.0. This ensures a 100% correct integration based on the rights of your Business Central user.
    1. Click Start integration
  6. Click Next
  7. Optionally, click Check Credentials to validate the details. If everything is validated, it will be highlighted in green
  8. Finish by clicking Save
