In Data Sets, you can view data from your integrations. You can easily search for information within your data sets and export the data to Excel. You can find Data Sets under Settings

You must have the Administrator role to access data sets.

When you have created an integration linked to your data, you’ll be able to view this data under Data Sets.

Filters

With the filter function in Data Sets, you can easily search for specific data. Simply select the data set you want to view and click the 'Filter' button.

Sort the order of columns within a data set by clicking on the column header. The arrow in the header indicates the sorting direction.

Click 'Filter' in the top right corner and use the filters to search for data. Active filters will be displayed at the top.

Additionally, you can filter data by individual users. You can find the 'External ID' under a user´s profile in the 'Integration User' tab, which you can use to filter data. Learn more about 'Integration User.'

You can save your search by saving the URL. You can also send the URL to someone who have the same rights as you so they can see the exact same search as you have made.

Hide Data

If you wish to hide certain data from your overview, you can easily hide columns. Click 'Filter' and then click the 'view icon' next to the data you want to hide. To view the data again, click the icon once more. You can also refresh the page to reset all filter selections.

The 'view icon' will be marked in red when data is hidden.

Delete Data

If you want to delete data, there are several ways to do so.

In your data set, you can easily filter and delete data. Filter the data you want to delete > Click on 'Delete Filtered Data' > Type 'Confirm' in the field and press 'Yes'. Your data will then be permanently deleted from the data set. To see the change, simply refresh the page and the deleted data will disappear.

If you want to delete specific rows from your data set, click on the row and select 'Delete Object' at the bottom left. The data will then be deleted from your data set.

You can also delete data from your data source via Settings > Integrations. Learn more here

Edit data

If you use manual data, you can edit the data directly in your data set.

Click on the row you want to edit > Select 'Edit Object' > Make your changes > Click 'Save'. You’ll then see what the data has been updated to.

Export

If you want to export data to Excel, it’s possible. Simply click the 'Export' button.

If the file doesn’t download automatically, you can click the link in the pop-up to download it manually.
