There can be various reasons why sales are not automatically registered on the timesheet.
An integration must be set up. You can check this under Various -> Systemsettings -> Integrations.
Employees must be connected to the integrated system.
The product must be correctly configured. Read more about products here.
If products are still not being registered, please contact us at support@intramanager.com, and we will investigate the issue further.
