If you want your employees to be automatically clocked into a project, you first need to set up an integration with a system we support.
To set up a project with automatic clock-in, you must specify where the system should direct its data.

First, ensure that "Yes, automatic" is selected under the Other tab as the clock-in option.
Next, you need to do one of the following:
Set Automatic Dialer Time: Under the Economy, employee tab, set up automatic clock-in and select projects (if all are considered, the dialer time will be aggregated, which may be misleading if you need specific dialer time).
Create Products: Alternatively, you can create products that are linked to the product in the integration.

If you do not complete one of these two steps, the system will not know where to look, and automatic clock-in will not occur.
