With Video, you can easily create notifications that pop up on your board or slideshow with a YouTube video, for example, when a person has made a sale.

You can choose to display YouTube videos at the organization level, meaning the same video will pop up for all users. You also have the option to display YouTube videos at the user level, if enabled, and users have added a video to their profile. If the user has not selected a video, the video inserted in the notification will pop up instead.

The options for what the notification is based on will vary depending on the data source you have chosen.

1. Name your notification

2. Select the data source

3. Choose the KPI the notification should be based on

4. Add link to your YouTube video

If 'Use the users own video' is selected, the user's video will be shown.

5. Choose the start and stop time for the video

6. Customize the content of your notification, such as showing name, fullscreen video, team adding text, and using the available merge fields.'

7. Select which board or slideshow the notification should displayed on.

You can always add your notifications to your boards and slideshows afterward.

As an administrator/Manager you can check which video a user has chosen in their profile. If the video chosen is not up to standard you can overrule the video by going to the users profile end under Personal info you can put in a new YouTube link to personal notification video.

If a start and stop time has not been set the video will automatically be set to 600 seconds and if so the set up from the notification will overule.
