How to Delete an Employee Group

  1. Click on the Staff menu.
  2. Select Employee Groups.
  3. In list view, click the red trash can icon next to the employee group you wish to delete. In tree view, click the three dots next to the employee group.


An employee group cannot be deleted if it is the owner of another group (i.e., it is not at the bottom of the hierarchy). Therefore, you must first change the ownership of any groups that are subordinate to the group you wish to delete.


Once an employee group has no groups linked under it, you can proceed to delete it.
