Set up data source

To set up the SupWiz integration with Board, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations

2. Click on Add integration > Select SupWiz

3. Optionally, name the data source, e.g., if you have multiple data sources of the same type

4. Fill in the fields with the Host name and Token

Be aware that only the host name for your BotStudio API should be entered under the Host name field. For example: botstudio.example.supwizapp.com.

5. Optionally, click Check credentials to validate the information. If all the details are validated, they will be highlighted in green

6. Finish by clicking Save
