Puzzel Case Management (Logicalware)

IntraManager Board integrates with Puzzel Case Management (Logicalware).

Set Up Data Source

To set up the data source in IntraManager Board, you need to be an Administrator, allowing you to add data sources. 

Setting up the data source is simple: 

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
2. Click on Add Integration
3. Select Puzzel Case Management (Logicalware)
4. Click Next 
5. Enter the following
   1. Tenant
      1. The tenant typically equals the identity in your Puzzel CM portal URL. Example: the tenant for https://test.cm.puzzel.com is "test"
   2. API Client ID
   3. API Client Secret
6. Click Next
7. Optionally, click Check Credentials to validate the details. If everything is validated, it will be highlighted in green
8. Finish by clicking Save
