Enreach Outbound

Created by Didde Skov, Modified on Mon, 4 May at 8:18 AM by Didde Skov

When connecting Enreach Outbound with Board, you will need to use your web service username and the code provided by Enreach support.

We strongly recommend creating a separate API user in Enreach.

Please note that you must use a web service user to set up the integration.

The webservice user will have access to Calls and Leads.

To access Reporting data, the webservice user must be granted access to POST /reporting in Enreach. The data will be available in the ‘Statistics’ data set in Board.

To access Incoming Calls data, the webservice user must be granted access to GET /incomingcalls in Enreach. The data will be available in the ‘Incoming Calls’ data set in Board.

Set up data source

Follow these steps to set up the Enreach Outbound integration with Board:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations

2. Click on Add Integration and select Enreach Outbound

3. Optionally, name the data source if you have multiple data sources of the same type

4. Enter the full address of your Enreach Outbound web service

For example, if you log in via "https://hero01.herobase.com," the address is https://wshero01.herobase.com/api

5. Enter your username and password

We strongly recommend creating a new user for the integration between Enreach Outbound and IntraManager Board. However, you can also use any user with administrator rights.

By creating a new user, you ensure that data limits from Enreach are not exceeded. It also allows you to deactivate the user after using Board and ensures that Board retains access to data even if the administrator is no longer employed by the organization.

Once this user is created, you typically need Enreach support to activate the user's access to the web service with the following read permissions:

SimpleLeads
Calls
Campaigns
LeadDefinitions
Organization
Webservice address

6. Optionally, click Check Credentials to validate the details. If everything is validated, it will be highlighted in green. If access is not granted, it will be highlighted in red. Contact Enreach support to enable access to the web service.

7. Finish by clicking Save.

Changes in fields in Enreach

If you have made changes to a field in Enreach, for example, changing it to an integer, the dataset must be deleted and then re-synchronized for the period. This way, your historical data will be available in your new KPI.

You can read more about deleting datasets and re-synchronization here

Enreach Embedded Widgets

If you want to view your boards and games directly in Enreach, you have the option to set up embedded widgets in Enreach. On a single screen, you can monitor both your Enreach activity and your boards and games.

When setting up Enreach Embedded Widgets with Board, the first step is to create a token in Board. This token is then shared with Enreach, enabling them to configure and activate the widget within Enreach.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Navigate to Integrations
  3. Click View on the Enreach Outbound integration
  4. Go to the Web Widget tab
  5. Click Create token
    a. Enter a name (e.g. Enreach Widget)
    b. Optionally, set a start and stop date
    c. Optionally, restrict access to specific IP addresses, by enabling lock to IP addresses
  6. Click Save
  7. Click View token
  8. Copy the token and send it to your contact person at Enreach

Make sure to copy the entire token, not just the ID.
