By creating article categories, you can organize your articles more effectively. Your articles will be categorized, as shown in the example image where the article categories are "Employee Handbook" and "Tele Topmark."
To create categories, follow these steps:
- Click on the menu item "Various"
- Select "Systemsettings"
- Go to the "Communication" tab
- Click the green plus icon next to "Article Categories"
- Choose a title for your category
Once you've done this, you will be able to select this category when creating articles.
