In this guide, you will learn how to create contract templates that you can subsequently send out via IntraSignature.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Creating Contract Templates

To create a contract template, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the menu item "Various"
  2. Click on "Systemsettings"
  3. Go to the "Communication" tab
  4. Click the green + icon next to Contract Templates
  5. Fill out the pop-up form and click "Save"

Creation Fields

1. The first field to fill in is a title for the contract template.

2. Next, you need to specify a division, followed by an employee group.

When selecting an employee group, you indicate which employee group(s) will be able to send the contract to others.

3. The following two options are "Permanent signatories" and "Permanent Receipt-recipients." If you use these, the selected individuals will be pre-defined as co-signers and/or receipt recipients when the contract is sent out.

4. You can then specify an expiration interval and choose whether it should be in days or hours. This determines how long the recipient has to sign the contract after it has been sent.

5. You have the option to add a description to the contract.

6. There are five toggles you need to consider:

  1. "Optional Signatories" allows you to choose between co-signers and change from contract to contract.
  2. "Optional Receipt Recipients" does the same as above but for receipt recipients.
  3. "Allow Signature with Touch" enables signers to sign using touch.
  4. "Allow Signature with MitID" enables signing with MitID.

Please note that signing with MitID incurs a cost of 2 DKK per signature.
