With the integration to Freshdesk we can collect data from "Tickets".
Set up data source
To set up the Freshdesk integration with Board, simply follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click on Add integration > Select Freshdesk
3. Optionally, name the data source, e.g., if you have multiple data sources of the same type
4. Enter the subdomain for your Freshdesk
5. Insert the API key.
Find your API key in Freshdesk by navigating to Profile settings > View API Key > 'APIs for ticketing'.
6. Click "Check credentials". If it returns green, the connection to the data is successful.
7. Finish by clicking Save
