Aircall

IntraManager Board integrates with Aircall using API. Currently we retrieve data from Calls.

Set up data source

To set up the Aircall integration with Board, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click on Create Integration and select Aircall
3. Enter a title. This helps you distinguish it from other integrations.
4. Create a new API in Aircall.
   1. In Aircall navigate to Company settings > Integrations & API > API keys.
      
5. Enter the API ID and the API Token. 
   1. We strongly recommend creating a new API token specifically for the integration between Aircall and IntraManager Board. 
6. Proceed by clicking Next
7. Then, click on Check credentials to verify whether the details entered are correct
8. Finish by clicking Save

You are now ready to create boards with data from Aircall.
