Set up data source


To set up the Touch Calling Recording integration with Board, simply follow these steps:


1. Go to Settings > Integrations

2. Click on Add integration > Select Touch Call Recording

3. Optionally, name the data source, e.g., if you have multiple data sources of the same type

4. Fill in the fields with the API address, username, and corresponding password


We recommend setting up a separate user for the integration. This allows for the possibility of disabling the user after they are no longer using Board, while ensuring that Board continues to have access to the data, even if the administrator is no longer employed by the organization.


5. Optionally, click Check credentials to validate the information. If all the details are validated, they will be highlighted in green

6. Finish by clicking Save
