User-Conditioned Board

Would you like to create boards where your employees can track their own performance? 

With user-conditioned boards, you can easily create a master dashboard where each user can access and view their own data when they log into Board. This way, you avoid having to create separate boards for each individual user in Board.

To create a user-conditioned board:

1. Go to Boards
2. Click on Create board or edit an existing board 
3. Simply enable the user-conditioned board feature
4. Click on Next and Save

When you as a Manager or Administrator want to view a user-conditioned board, remember to choose the user or team you want to see data for, under 'Select users/teams' in the bottom of the screen. If you don't choose a user or a team, the data on the board will appeat empty.
