The integration between IntraManager Board and LeadDesk uses your LeadDesk database. For this to work, we require a database user with the correct privileges.


Please note that a replica database must be created—contact LeadDesk for assistance with this.


The database user, with the required field information (see under Set up data source), can be obtained by contacting LeadDesk support. If they require an IP address for extra security, use the IP adress below.


The following IP address can be provided to LeadDesk support if they require it for extra security: 18.200.146.115.



Set up data source


Follow the steps below to set up the LeadDesk integration with Board:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click on Add Integration and select  and select LeadDesk from the overview
  3. Optionally, name the data source if you have multiple data sources of the same type 
  4. Fill in the fields with:
    • Server host / IP
    • Server port
    • Database name
    • Username (database)
    • Password (database)
  5. Optionally, click Check Credentials to validate the details.
  6. Finish by clicking Save





With the LeadDesk integration, you can filter your data by the following when setting up boards and games:

  • Calling lists
  • Campaigns
  • Agents
  • Agent groups
  • Offices
