Board App

With the app, you can easily access your boards, slideshows, and games. The app also includes the 'Manual Data' feature, allowing you to easily add, edit, and delete data on the go.

The app is primarily designed as an administrator tool, but employees can also use it to view the boards, games, and slideshows shared with them, as well as register data through the Manual Data feature.

Download app

Download the IntraManager Board app for iOS or Android from the App Store or Google Play. 

Login

You log in to the app using your email and password. You can also log in with Microsoft or Salesforce.

The app also supports Face ID login for a faster and more secure sign-in experience.

At the bottom of the page, you can choose whether the language should be Danish or English.

Forgot your password

Click on 'Forgot your password?', enter your email address, and click 'Send' to receive a reset link.

The link you receive will be active for 1 hour.

To create a new password, click on 'Reset Password' in the email you received. Enter your new password and you will be ready to log in to Board with your new password.

Home Screen

Once you are logged into the app, you will be taken to the home screen.

From here, you can easily access the boards, slideshows, and games you have marked as favorites. Simply tap a favorite to open it directly.

You can add favorites in multiple ways

• Add favorites via the tabs
  • If you haven't added any favorites yet, you can press 'Add favorite board, slideshow, or game' on each tab to add your favorites.
  • If you want to add more favorites, press 'Add one more favorite board, slideshow, or game' and select your favorites.

• Add favorites via the favorite overview
  • Via Settings ⚙️ in the top corner, you can also add and manage your favorites.

Make use of the search function to easily locate your favorites.

Menu

Under the menu located at the bottom left corner, you can access the homepage, boards, slideshows, and games.

In boards, slideshows, and games sections, you can access the content that has been shared with you.

Manual data

With Manual data, you can add, edit, and delete data in the Board app.

To add data, click on Manual data at the bottom center and select which of the created forms you want to add data to.

If you do not have access to a specific form, it is because access has not been granted to you. The Administrator can assign access to Manual data. 

Editing manual data

You can access your own data history and make changes to data entered within the last 24 hours.

To view your records:

1. Click Manual data
2. Click History (Clock icon)
3. Select the entry you want to modify
4. Choose whether you want to delete or edit the entry
5. Update the data and click Save

After editing the data, you can see when the data was last updated.
