TV function does not work

Reactivate the TV
If a 4-digit code appears on your screen even though your TV has been previously set up in Board, the issue may be related to the browser's configuration. If the browser is set to automatically clear data—for instance, upon closing or on a scheduled basis—the 4-digit code will reappear after each data-clearing event. We therefore recommend to have a closer look at the browser settings on your device, where you can manage your cookies.
To verify settings in Microsoft Edge:
- Go to Settings.
- Navigate to Privacy, Search, and Services.
- Select Choose what to clear every time you close the browser.
- Ensure that Cookies and other site data is not enabled. This prevents the browser from clearing cookies and other relevant data.
Understanding how cookies are managed on your device is essential for maintaining seamless access to Board through the TV module.
If the 4-digit code appears on your TV, you have to create the TV in Board again since the connection has been lost.
In Board, you also have the possibility to use Public Links, which do not require activation via cookies.
