Steps to Create a Budgetanalysis
Navigate to Budgetanalysis
- Go to the menu "Economy".
- Select "Budgetanalyses".
Create a New Analysis
- Click "Create".
- Enter a title for your budget analysis.
Choose Weighting
- Select the type of weighting for the analysis:
- Equal weighting: Budgets are treated equally.
- Salary-hour-based weighting: Budgets are weighted based on salary hours.
- Select the type of weighting for the analysis:
Save Your Analysis
- After setting the title and weighting, click "Save".
Overview of the Budget Analysis
Once saved, you'll enter the detailed view of the budget analysis, where you can take the following actions:
Add Budget
- Click the green "Add Budget" button to include one or more budgets in the analysis.
Share Analysis
- The yellow "Share Analysis" button allows you to share the analysis with other members of your organization. By default, only the creator can see the analysis unless it is shared.
Edit Analysis
- Use the blue "Edit Analysis" button to modify the title and adjust the weighting for each budget.
Delete Analysis
- The red button allows you to delete the analysis.
Detailed View of the Analysis
Details Section
- This section shows information about who created the analysis and how many people it has been shared with.
Key Metrics
- Displays the number of budgets included in the analysis, total weighting, and the overall index for all included analyses.
Budget Performance
- For each individual budget, you can view its performance, including its index and a forecast of future performance based on current trends.
Budget Type Overview
- This section provides a comprehensive view of the performance for each budget type you have selected in the analysis.
